WARNING!!! Think twice before entering this establishment! This was the absolute WORST massage experience I have ever had. I cannot say enough bad things about this experience. From start to finish, it was horrible. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, as I really like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But this was just too bad to ignore. First of all, the bathrooms are disgusting. There seemed to be no one who spoke English at the front desk, which made communication a real challenge. But because I had a few positive experiences here in the past, I decided, against my better judgment, to stay and give it a chance. I regret this decision. I literally felt WORSE after the massage. It was very much the opposite of relaxing – it was actually quite irritating and frustrating, and just not very good at all. I felt they should have paid me! And after all of this underwhelming “massage,” the lady giving the massage stopped short of the hour that I was paying for! Then she had the audacity to repeatedly ask me for a tip when I was checking out- unbelievable! What the heck kind of twilight zone did I enter?!?!?

Mimi has strong hands and listens. Her foot massage is superior. It puts me to sleep. Yeni gives wonder back massages. I don’t understand Chinese but I understand her when she tells people to give me a massage like I like it. Thank you ladies! I go almost every week and will continue doing so. Please look into a regular’s point program. I’d like a discount every 10 massages or something. Other than that love ya!

It was suppose to be a full body massage, and they spent 45 min on back maybe 10 on legs. There was not foot massage whatsoever included hence it being a FULL BODY. They were rough & overall it was a terrible massage and I did not feel the least bit relaxed. They barely spoke English and they pressed for a tip. I train regularly (weight lifting and boxing). In addition to regular stretching, I also come here once a month for a good massage. I’ve been doing so quite some time, and the pleasant experience keeps me coming back. Great place! Highly recommend trying them out!

Critical:Communication,ProfessionalismI happen to go at dark and its very poor lighting outside that I didn’t even think I was at the right place.We asked for 60 minutes and they didn’t give us a full 60 minutes.Then at checkout me and my spouse paid separately and when I checked out I left a $2 tip plus they charge $3 to charge your card. The lady then questioned me about my tip. She repeatedly pointed at the tip in the receipt and said “you only give $2” and I repeatedly said yes thats correct. So once she realized I didn’t make a mistake she got an attitude and rolled her eyes and started saying slick comments. Then she started talking to the other lady in her language laughing throwing her hands up. My spouse then paid then they kept telling him to write his number on the back of the receipt and we kept asking them why and they would never tell us why. While we were leaving the same lady was saying slick things to us in English. I would never go back there. I do NOT recommend this place. The inside is dirty and unkempt, English is very limited, but most importantly, the old ladies are NOT trained in professional massages. I went with my husband, and we got the 90 min. full body massage with 30 min. foot reflexology. The lady I had spoke NO English, and the lady who did my husband had to translate everything. I asked for more focus on my scapula and back, and lighter on my legs, however, my scapula was not even touched. Several times, I said “Ouch, ouch,” because any pressure she (70+ years old lady) was able to apply on my back was primarily to my spine and shoulder BONES. I have never had a massage where they applied a lot of pressure to the bone. Due to this, the rest of the “massage” had absolutely no pressure at all, and basically paid for a “skin rubbing.” After the massage, they asked us for a tip, which is just rude practice. We left 10% tip, and they were clearly disappointed. Well, so were we. I left after 2 hours with absolutely no muscle relief and with a worse pain in my shoulder bones and upper spine. This place is unprofessional and untrained. Do NOT waste your money here.
