How do I fix my SSO login? ›

Single sign-on (SSO) is an identification method that enables users to log in to multiple applications and websites with one set of credentials.

Zoom SSO (Single Sign-On) is an authentication feature that allows users to access the Zoom app using the same credentials that they use to log into their organization's identity provider. SSO is a fantastic technology that allows businesses to eliminate password reuse and simplifies the login process.

There are options to allow Users to be created that bypass SSO and there is a specific checkbox on a Domain stating “Require all users to log in with SSO only”, if that is not checked then a new User could be created that uses a Username and Password that is not bound by SSO.

For security reasons, the SSO login flow must complete within a certain timeframe, or authentication fails. If the clock on your Identity Provider is incorrect, most or all login attempts will appear to be out of the acceptable timeframe, and authentication will fail with the above error message.

If you are still receiving an error after ensuring you have an account established and are logging in using the correct URL, Single Sign On (SSO) may not be enabled on your account. Please submit a Help Desk ticket to have SSO enabled.

Why can't I log into ClassLink? ›

Make sure you're using the correct username and password provided by your school or district. Check for typos and ensure that caps lock is off. If you've forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.

SSO users have a Reset option available on the My Settings > User Information tab, accessed by navigating to Maintenance > My Settings > User Information. Click Change Password and follow the instructions to reset your password.

When you try to log in but are not successful, a message will be displayed below the password field “Couldn't log in. Wrong username or password”. In this case, either your email address or password is incorrect, or your login credentials are not associated with your Star Stable Online account.

Try disabling any extensions and see if that resolves the issue. Clear cache: Clearing the cache and cookies of the browser can also help resolve the issue. To do this, go to the browser settings and select the option to clear browsing data. Update browser: Check if your browser is up-to-date.

To confirm if SSO is disabled, you can review the integration in the TVE Dashboard. Following attributes are set to YES, if SSO has been disabled for a Channel - Multichannel Video Programming Distributor (MVPD) integration: Auth / Aggregator – > YES. Enable Passive AuthN – > YES.
