Here are 50+ Easy Instant Pot Indian Recipes that'll get you cooking Indian Food like a pro! These family and reader's favorite recipes include restaurant classics as well as authentic homestyle meals using easily available ingredients.
Indian food is known for its intense slow cooked flavors. I love how pressure cooking helps develop the complex flavors in ingredients and spices, and infuses them in the dish in half the effort. By using the the Instant Pot I can make most Indian curries in less than an hour, most of which is hands-off cooking time.
In this collection I have included a variety of Indian Curries including Chicken, Meat, Seafood and Vegetarian recipes, along with rich and decadent Desserts.

Since we are crazy for your vegetable korma - we will try the lamb version. We have our own sheep - not many, but a few. But, as a kid, I remember getting lamb and spinach dishes on a very rare special night out and love it all. So we will also be trying the lamb and spinach saag, I believe it is.
