Traditional production methods

The coating for our chocolates is prepared is exclusively by our trusted partner and master chocolatier, in perfectly controlled conditions of hygiene and freshness. For twenty-four hours, butter and cocoa liquor are patiently stirred using equipment inspired by traditional chocolate making tools, and then combined with sugar and milk powder.
