This is my first time actually indulging in something like this but BAM Dispensary has made the first time a great time. Soon as you walk in customer service is great! Nice energy and a great vibe. The selection itself is amazing. I will definitely be shopping back with them.

I’ve been here several times and everything is top-notch. I was treated wonderfully by all the staff and the experience was quick and hassle-free. The prices are higher than what I’m used to on the west coast but that’s standard at any store in Illinois and I got what I paid for, a high quality experience and high quality product. I will return to this store.

I really enjoy coming to the dispensary. All the employees are very patient very knowledgeable and they always have a good deal. I especially appreciate Jakie the lady behind the cash register is recommended several things that I really like and always has a pleasant attitude.—Harrison

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Made a purchase & once home noticed an item was marked different than what it is listed as when you place the order & on my receipt. Called & explained & I was advised that I can come in to exchange for the correct item. Upon arrival, the manager stated he could not make an exchange, but he would give me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase & he would update the website to reflect the accurate description of the item. When he returned with the 20% off coupon, I advised him that he should ensure all employees who answer the phone doesn't provide inaccurate information because, like in my case, they may have very far to drive. He rudely stated "that's a conversation between me & him." So I said, from one leader to another I'm making a suggestion so this situation can be avoided in the future. He then proceeded to tell me how I'm not supposed to feel... really??? So, again, I repeated my advise & stated that as a customer I am giving him advice. He shrugged his shoulders, shook his head & said ok. I placed the 20% coupon back on the counter, said thank you & left because I will not patronize an establishment with such poor customer service, on various levels. I'll also be sure to promote this experience with others I know who shop here.

I’ve been here a few times now and it’s been a pretty decent and pleasant experience. The last time I was there, I made an order online from my phone at around 9:30; I got confirmation for it and as I approached the counter to pick it up before 10 pm, I was told I didn’t have my order in the system and then it wasn’t on my phone as confirmed. Nonetheless, I was able to remake the order. I just want this to be made aware because of the fact that it could’ve easily been 9:59, which is there limit to when you can have an order made by.Overall, a nice place to get some herbage if you partake in such events lol.

Above board professionals in this shop. I had the best experience here and would recommend it in a heartbeat. Not a single speck of dust visible in there. The lighting gets all five stars. The displays get all five stars. I regret not taking any pictures but I was too busy looking at their vast inventory of various products. The staff members I encountered were sincerely helpful. I love this place. 100% recommend!!

First time coming here. The atmosphere was amazing. Lou was extremely helpful. There’s so many options. There’s no way you’ll come here and not find what you’re looking for. Definitely coming back.

Walked in and walked right out. The fees are very high for ATM usage and then they want to round up to the nearest 10th. One of your product is only $20 but wanted to charge 33.50 with 10$ back Just made it feel awkward and weird. I didn’t enjoy that experience so I likely won’t be returning.

I have spent a lot of money trying ALL their herbal products and I can honestly say NONE , Yes NOT ONE smokes smooth or gives you a good high.They desperately need to change product provider. All their herbs have a nasty after taste when you smoke. I have the receipts to show you too. The staff are Awesome that’s all..Don’t waste your money here if you can get if from your local…. lol. Stay High Folks 💨✌🏻

Being old school I was apprehensive about legal buds, but when they opened this little spot in markham, I figured what the heck. Wow why did I wait so long!! Tons of choices all listed with size and strength. Helpful "budtenders" can help with questions. Quality is always on point and they run sales and specials that help stretch that dollar.

Was very excited about all the weekly discounts and the stuff was more than helpful to assist me with my order and let me know about your 1st promotion before checking out
